Our Credit consultation involves an overview analysis of your 3-in-1 credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Your free consultation will determine whether you are a candidate for credit restoration. We will provide you with an explanation of the services we offer, what can affect your credit either positively or negatively, and how your credit score is determined. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and share your goals.  If you choose not to use any of our services after the call, you are not liable for any charges.

Yes, we adhere to a very strict policy that protects your valuable information. We work to protect your information during transmission, by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate, which encrypts the information you input. Our forms are served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers.


Client’s information is protected on a secure server and backed up routinely. To ensure documents are not compromised, we shred all paper documents after saving them in our database. The Recure Financial Freedom staff is trained on how to properly verify customers information and know not to disclose any personal information to an authorized party. The processing period varies per individual. Our tax professionals may request documentation from a client before tax preparation can begin.

Typically, if all required documentation is submitted and all interview questions answered, the tax file can be completed the same day.

Once the tax return is completed and submitted, the IRS will typically have the return processed in 2-3 weeks if submitted electronically.

We charge per form. Fees are dependent upon the amount of time put into preparing a tax return, as well as the degree of complexity of the tax return.

Within 24 hours of submitting your documents, you should be contacted by a tax preparer by email or phone.

Don't Panic! Please forward a scanned copy of that letter to your tax professional via email. They will review the letter and your case to determine the best possible course of action.

No. You do not need to wait to have your taxes prepared. We can prepare returns NOW!


Then we will file your return(s) electronically as soon as the IRS will allow. Having your return(s) prepared early will allow you to avoid the rush at filing time.


The IRS will not accept any returns until February 12th. Please be aware that the IRS will not process refunds involving the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until the beginning of March.

We can provide a free ESTIMATE using your final pay check stub(s). Then your return will be ready for us to file with the IRS as soon as we get your W-2(s).

There is no cost to consult with our tax preparation experts. If you choose to pick up your check at our office, have your refund deposited directly into your bank account, have your refund loaded onto a Debit Card, or take advantage of our cash advance loan, our fees will be deducted from your refund.


Otherwise you will need to pay the preparation fee upfront before we file your return. We will be happy to tell you the fees up front before we prepare your return.

We have many options to choose from. You can pick up your IRS and Indiana refund checks at our office; have the funds deposited directly into your bank account; or have them loaded onto a Debit Card. If you choose one of these, our tax preparation fees will be deducted from your refund so you don’t need to pay upfront. Or you can pay the preparation fees when we file your return(s) and have your refund check(s).

Yes, we can prepare tax returns for all states, EXCLUDING California, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, and Oregon.

Credit Repair is the process of removing inaccurate, unfound, false, and erroneous information from your credit report. Your credit report dictates your credit score.  The major credit bureaus collect information from the lenders, creditors and debt collectors and apply it to your credit report. Based on that information, your credit score is determined. This information could include the balance on a loan or credit card, credit inquiries, debt to income ratio, and most importantly, credit utilization (the percentage of debt you have on available credit)  

You are legally still responsible to pay back any debt owed within statutes of limitations, which starts the date of your last payment with that creditor. Indiana has a statute of limitations of 6-10 depending on the type of debt. If it has been more than 6 years since a credit card debt became due, the creditor can no longer take collection actions for that debt. Anything deleted from your credit report just means it no longer hurts or affects your score. 

What is a Credit Score?
A credit score is a number generated by a mathematical formula that is meant to predict credit worthiness. Credit scores range from 300-850. The higher your score is, the more likely you are to get a loan.
The lower your score is, the less likely you are to get a loan. If you have a low credit score and you do manage to get approved for credit then your interest rate will be much higher than someone who had a good credit score and borrowed money. Therefore, having a high credit score can save many thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage, auto loan, or credit card.

Under the Fair Credit Report Act, you have three days after initial enrollment to annul the agreed contract. Our contract has no forced requirement for how long you must maintain our service. That means you may cancel at any time without suffering cancellation fees. However, our services are paid 30 days in arrears, so the client’s still obligated to pay for services already rendered if canceled. To avoid occurring additional service fees, you MUST cancel (7) seven days prior to your due date.
